Dr. Ava Ferdowsmakan received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY, USA. Originally from Toronto, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at York University. An athlete her whole life, Dr. Ferdowsmakan enjoys hobbies such as swimming, hiking, and bicycling. She is passionate about being a physiotherapist and feels extremely grateful to work in a profession that excites her every day and keeps her on her toes. Dr. Ferdowsmakan is eager to gain more experience and knowledge in her field, with a genuine desire to help as many people as she can.
